Synopsis: Grim fairy tale about about a board game with supernatural powers. In a quiet New England town in 1969, young Alan Parrish disovers a buried board on a construction site. As he and a friend begin to play it, jungle animals appear and they become captives of the game. Years pass to the present day and another pair of children take up the game. They realise the original game must be completed before normality can be restored.
